By using clawdocx.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

ClawDocx provides guides, prompts, skill files and templates for OpenClaw and Claude Code, plus an API and MCP server for agents. Guides and blog posts are free. The prompt and skill library and agent access to it require a paid subscription.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and API keys and for everything done with them. Keep keys secret and revoke any you no longer use.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Your use of the content

You may use the prompts, skills and templates in your own projects, commercial or not. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the library or substantial parts of it, or use automated tools to bulk-extract it.

No warranty

The content is provided as is. AI agents can act unpredictably, so test everything in a safe environment before giving an agent access to real accounts, money or data. We are not liable for losses arising from your use of the content or the service, to the extent the law allows.

Changes and termination

We may change the service or these terms; material changes are announced on the site. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.
