ClawDocx ("we") operates clawdocx.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and password hash. If you sign in with Google or GitHub we store the profile they return along with the access, refresh and id tokens that come with it.
- Billing data: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan and status. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage data: pages viewed, prompts copied and agent API calls, so we can run and improve the service.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics (including the Google Ads conversion tag), which sets cookies and collects device and interaction data, and Microsoft Clarity, which records your session: the clicks, scrolling and page content of your visit, except where the recording is masked.
How we use it
- To provide the library, guides and agent access you signed up for.
- To bill subscriptions and send the transactional email that goes with them, such as receipts, through Stripe.
- To understand which content is useful and to fix problems.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors named above (Stripe for payments, Google and GitHub when you sign in with them, Google and Microsoft for analytics, our database provider, and our hosting provider Vercel) and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and analytics cookies from the providers above. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.
Retention and your rights
We keep account data while your account exists and delete it within 30 days of a deletion request. You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your data at any time.
